Bayliner jazz mercury sport jet 90 wont start

Got this boat from a friend we took it out a few times and the last time it stalled on us twice and he gave me the boat. I tryed cleaning the carbs and made sure its getting spark.. Its geting spark the bowls have fuel and i got it to start once then it sat for a week and now wont start at all. what more should i look at. I was told could be vapor lock. Want to enjoy the water again.
