We've just gone to Lowe's and picked up a small grill for under $50, used it for about 4 years and last year bought a newer version with a igniter built in. Yes, wind sucks, but with ours you can adjust the burn on it so you don't burn food, I usually use it in the enclusure if it's too windy outside. Picked up a nice folding aluminum table last year from WalMart that works great for the pontoon when grilling
