beam replacement

looking for information for replacing beam in 16' deck boat ,they now have transom seacast but u need forms to pour an fill is there a better solution or maybe a simpler one.

Beam is normally asked of the "width" of the boat..Im sure im tired..but..what exactly are you asking ??

i thought beam was run down bottom center of boat , any way that is what I'm replacing plus some extra stringers off each side of the beam I'm replacing,any recomandations,or suggestions? hooknsink1@comcast.net Or use the forum, THANKS .
