Hello all. I'm a new member and I have a question on pulling my bearing carrier. I have a 1979 35hp Evinrude and the clutch dog needs to be replaced. I know what needs to be done to change the clutch. My question is about the best method for pulling the bering carrier out of the lower unit housing. Any tips or special tools I need to complete this job? Thanks for replying.
