There are many posts regarding where to obtain trailer wheel bearings and how to identify them. The table below should help. All one needs to do is remove the bearings and check them for a part number. Any shop that sells bearings can cross reference part numbers but those listed in the table are the "generic" (almost universal) part numbers. Auto stores (NAPA, Auto Zone, etc.), farm stores, boat dealers, and bearing wholesale/retailers can provide these bearings. Seals are a little different in that they may carry many different numbers depending on manufacturer as is the case with the 1-inch seal shown in the table. However in the absence of a part number, simply use the ID (inside diameter) of the seal as a guide. Note however, that a 1-1/16 spindle does not take a 1-1/16 inch seal. The seal diameter is 1-1/4 inch because it rides on a larger surface than the bearing.
