...and my Clymer book, I have managed to get my old motor across the line where I can confidently declare that she is free of problems. I have read things here that I never would have thought of, and tried things (successfully) that I definitely would have paid someone else to do otherwise.<br /><br />It starts right up. It runs well low and high RPM. Good pee stream. Clean carbs. Tilt/trim works. Damn, feels good.<br /><br />Don't want to come across goofy here, but I have this board and you guys to thank. This rookie appreciates your advice on questions you probably answered 1000 times. Come on down to Georgia and visit Lake Allatoona. Pretty this time of year.<br /><br />DJ

Gosh, I like happy endings.<br /><br />Its great to see ya got it going by yourself, and that you checked back in. Maybe in a few outings, you can even add to the 'stupid human tricks' forum,,,, LOL,,<br /><br />Its refreshing and motivating to see ya check back in with your results. I've gotten to the point where I have almost quit responding to folks with less than aobut 20 postings. So many come in with a problem as post #1 or 2, get it answered, then you never hear from them again.
