many of the CC boats down here are Line-X'd and Rhino-Lined for fishing.

some do just the floor, many do everything but the floor and use SeaDeck on the floor

get white, yellow, or light grey. Dont do black is way too hot and you cant walk on it in the florida sun.

thanks white or a lighter color was what I was thinking. when wet it shouldn't be slippery to walk on. thanks

And dont use the stuff in a can or the DIY stuff. You need the cross-linked professionally applied stuff.

Expect to pay between $400 and $600 for the average fishing boat

While not a fan of bed liner stuff on a boat, many have used it, and does work. There are several non-skid paints out there and have been used for many years. I would recommend a paint before bed liner, only because there were designed for different purposes. The key to all applications is the prep work. Use to paint the decks in the service, just mask off, paint a real think coat of paint, then throw sand all over it. Once dry, hose it off, it looked great, and would last a few years before needing to do it again, but this was also a steel ship.

I wonder if anyone has ever tried mixing silica with 2 part epoxy paint. Once the surface is prepped, the epoxy will bond and last.

What about gelcoat? It would be thicker than paint and I would believe one could add texture to it.
