Do anyone know what year or any type of information on this watercraft?
How difficult is it register your boat in each state? If it is abandoned

I do know it is a BeeCraft V-Hull Fishboat?

looks to be a 70's trihull, with lots of abuse. a force motor, that doesn't say much either. each state has different requirement for registering boats. they can tell you the last registered owner by the numbers on the bow.

not if you cannot register it. get it registered in your name before spending a cent. if the deck and foam are bad, the transom probably is too. your are looking at $750 -1500. depending. looks like a 80's model 50hp force, running worth $350-600. trailer $100 in its present condition. if the motor is good, where can you get a boat for $750-1500, and some sweat equity. now if you are fixing it for resale forget it.
