been away for awhile but im back with questions lol

So i havent been on the forum much lately my project stalled when I hit financial hardships but im back lol .
So this is what I want for my project neon lights, accent lights, and driving lights, plus a kick butt sound system.
So here comes the question is there a way I can run the main stuff for the boat motor and normal functions to the main battery and run lights and acc. to the other without having one drain the other? I need for them both to get charged while running but I dont want my stereo n lighting draining my main battery. How can I do this?

I think this is pretty simple. You just need an isolator. It's a little aluminum box with studs for wiring in both batteries. When the motor is running, both batteries get charged but when you're listening to your tunes, Here try this link for a good explanation:

I would think that just connecting up your power wires from lighting/stereo to the accessory battery would be sufficient. The electricity in your circuit will only be flowing one way, so if your charging system puts out enough amps, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Just make sure your alternator is sufficient for the load you will be generating.

Alternator --->-------=----->-----Acc. Bat ---->--- accessories.

If you look at current flow, you will only be draining the main battery to your accessories if your alternator doesn't supply enough power.
