Before and after!

It was a long winter and lots of work but my 1975 Sea Ray SRV 180 is in the water and looking good. Wife was very skeptical when she first saw it but she likes it now! Still having some stalling issues at/around idle and shifting forward to reverse, etc. even after rebuilding fuel pump. Maybe carb clean and rebuild is next... and the throttle lever is pretty sloppy with throttle response only at the last inch of travel or so. Minor details.
We are looking good! Enjoy the photos and thanks to everyone who offered advice along the way.

It looks fantastic! My wife felt the exact same way about mine last week and has came around big time since it hit the water. My throttle works fine, but is similiar with majority of the power being in the last inch or so. Any ideas whats causing it on yours?

Thanks guys - it is a great feeling to have a nice looking boat. It gets a lot of compliments at the boat ramp. Then when it stalls and stalls, I just laugh and start it up again!

Congrats, you may need to just rich out the idle screws on the carbs to get a stronger idle there. I know how you feel about the ole lady not liking the old ugly boat. When I finished everything for the most part she was planning outings with friends before she even told me.
