Belgium Made Merc 80 Year ID Help

Does anyone know of a downloadable list of older Belgium made Merc serial numbers and their corresponding year of manufacture?? I've got a nice list for American made ones, but cannot find a Belgium one for love-nor-money (well I haven't actually tried to buy one (yet!)) - Alternatively, can anyone ID my Merc Blueband 80 serial 9217575 - it looks around 1978 to me as I have a Merc 50 with the same decals on it.

Any help is much appreciated.
