I will be replacing my drive bellows here in a few weeks on my DPS-A. What if any sealer should I apply between the bellows and the aluminum housing rim?

On mine I use Quick Silver Bellows Adhesive because i Have it on hand but I Wood Think you could order some from iboats, i'm sure you don't need to be brand specific

I just did the bellows on my SX-A drive and had the same questions. According the Volvo DPS-A/SX-A transom shield manual, use nothing on that connection and Volvo water resistant grease on the bellow to drive connection. I did however, use a small amount of the Volvo grease on the bellow to transom assembly to help the bellow slide in place easier.

OMC/Evinrude gasket sealer or Merc Perfect Seal or Permatex Aviation is what I'd use. Make sure there is no corrosion on the gimble housing flange.

No sealant is necessary. Read the instructions that comes with the bellows as sometimes their instructions change over time.
