Alpha 1 gen 1. I removed the bell housing and am replacing the bellows. Which side do I attach first? The bell housing side or the motor side? This is for the exhaust and u joint bellows. Thanks in advance for helping this rookie:)

Re: Bellows

Just to clarify, the large bellows, U joint bellows I believe, you connect to the bell housing first. The exhaust bellows you connect to the engine side first. Next try to install the bell houseing and the oposite ends of the bellows not yet connected?

Re: Bellows

Easier than trying to line both at the same time.See if there is a hole for a LONG screwdriver on the port side of the transom housing. If there is you can attach the exaust bellows housing first.Try some dry testing before you apply the adhesive to the U joint bellows. Some apply it to the exaust also but I dont.
