Well some friends of ours were tied up to us the other day and somehow my fender came untied from the clip and slipped down. You can probably see where this is going. His boat's snaps for his cover ended up rubbing against one of the stripes on my boat and now my decal is all beat up. Has anyone ordered new decals for their boat? Can a graphic shop possibly recreate it? I am too picky about my stuff to leave it like this.

If you take it to a graphics place they CAN do it however it will cost you more than the $30 they want.

If it is not a logo that they can snag off the internet in the format they need then they will have to trace it and design it costing you some money. I looked at the logos we had we dont have it or I would have sent you the file.

Re: Bennington decals

It's actually just a stripe that is a couple feet long. If you look at my sig pic it is the lower stripe right in front of the side door. Thanks for the response!

If it is the stripe then it could be very cheap to fix IF it is a single calor and the sign place has that color in stock.

If it is a multi color or it has fading and shadows then it will have to be a printed graphic and this will get really expencive. I can not see the strip real good in the photo because it is too small. You have a larger picture?

It does fade a bit. It is the lower one right in front of the side door.

Do you think it can be ordered from Bennington?

I would take it to a local sign shop first, they shoul dbe able to graft in a repair, that doesn't do it you should still be able to order that from Bennington and have the sign shop install it for you.

Get with your local Bennington dealer or call the company directly at 574-642-6336.

I was able to order the decals from my local dealer. They offer either a complete boat kit or you can buy just one side. I ordered the side that I needed and it was $130.00. It should be in next week.

That is not a bad price for printed decals. If you went to a sign shop they would have charged you that just for the one stripe.
