You will find lots of tips if the red search at the top of the page is working.<br /><br />If it is only slightly bent there is no need to straighten it. The function of the skeg is to protect the prop and not to provide directional control - unless bent bad & twisted of course. I have twin V4s & both mine are slightly bent & have been since I bought it 12 years ago.

Thanks SoLittle<br />No luck on the search. Who knew there were 110+ forums in this site!!!<br />We hit a log a few trips back and now the boat (20ftBR) pulls a touch at the top end. No vibration or noise - I would like to rule out the skeg before hitting the prop shop.<br />Matt
