TED NUGENT! He has to be up there with the greats somewhere. Just my 2 cents......

Yup, I agree: "Terrible Ted" is a very good player. JR

What? No mention of Jerry Garcia? I've seen a number of great guitar players through the years...Ted Nugent, Wille Nelson, Eddie Van Halen, Kirk Hammet? of Metallica, and on and on, but NO ONE made that guitar sing like Jerry Garcia. Some may not appreciate his jazz-induced style (among other things) but I'm not ashamed to say the man's playing brought me to tears the first time I seen him live.

Charlie Hunter - plays a custom guitar and is the bass and lead guitarist all at once. Awesome to watch in person.

Really no way to compare. Everybody's list from metal to whatever is good!

I think Pointer mentioned him. NOBODY dared to argue the obvious either, (does not pay to argue with Pointer). JR
