Best Manual??

I am looking for suggestions on the best manual for my 88 evinrude 40 hp. I am currently battling with the tilt n trim unit so I would like one with plenty of tnt help. troublshooting help in the maunual is also a plus

The original OMC factory service and repair manual, hands down. It covers everything in detail, specific to your engine. You may find one on ebay or craigslist, if not , check here at iboats. You can definately get one thru www.outboardbooks.com. Have your model number to make sure you get the right one. Don't waste your time and money with a clymers or seloc.
