Leather is pretty durable....... what is the protection needed from? I know that animals and leather seats do NOT get along since toe nails scratch them.

In the previous vehicles I have had with leather seating ....... I always just took care of the leather and used the cleaning stuff on them. I also know that http://www.wetokole.com/ sells a nice cover but up there in price but very durable.

Check with a local MAJOR car dealer and find out who does his leather repairs. Usually it is an outside independent person and you can probably get it repaired for about $20-$25 bucks and a six pack
