ONE of many, do a yahoo search for used outboard parts and be ready to look thru a lot of web sites. Can't speak of sevice or reliablity though.

ebay is way over priced!!!! Located a replacement on ebay for $120.00. Found one on line for $50.00. Big savings if you ask me!!!

There are many marine scrap yards on line one just needs to search for them.

Look in the "Top Secret File", there is a list of salvage yards there.

Of course there are and there are many more that are not listed. Have even found a good number of them listed on graigslist. Many with obsolite parts and good prices to boot.

Maybe the "'TOP SECRET FILE" needs to be updated!

was the 20-35 hp power head all the same on the 1985+ motors? cab and intake manifold were different.

No they are not the same part number and there is no 35hp.

that's why it says 1985+, there was a 1986 35. i know i looked the cubic in spesc up but can't for the life of me find the webpage again.

These discussions / arguments just never stop !!---------There was a 35 hp listed for 86 but it is a much different engine based on the 50 / 60 HP blocks.-2 carburetors too.

J35RLCDM 1986 35 hp has one carb and a single inlet on the intake manifold.
E35AELCDE 1986 35 hp has 2 carbs and a dual intake manifold.
fyi, not arguing with you just the facts.
