best Prop ?

i am german my englisch isn?t perfect, so i apologize.

i?m newbie in Boatsports and i bought a Maxum 2100sc 1999 with
a 350 mag mpi.

What is the best Prop to get the highest Topspeed?

Laser II, Mirage, Vensura , other ??

You need to give use more info, ex: boat weight, loaded weight,max rpm for your engine, out drive gear ratio. current prop and top speed.

i haven?t drive the boat, it?s still at the dealer.

Boat weigth = 1500kg, loadet weight ca. 1900 kg,

max rpm 4800, gaer ratio = i don?t no

curent Prop = highfive

I think you have an s/s prop, 143/4 dia. with a 21pitch. I think your problem is you have way to much prop on there for that engine and load. I suggest you try less pitch, something like a 141/2 x 19 or even less. You want the engine to be able to get to max revs. A good prop shop can help you out and maybe even loan you a test prop to find the right one.

I would suggest you run the boat and get us the results.Prop size,(usually under the prop nut or on the barrel)max rpm and speed (gps is best) hp of the 350,and the load you test ran with.Then we can make a better suggestion if needed.

i?ve done a testride:
Boatweight 2000kg, Engine HP 300, current Prop = highfive 14 x 23,
3 people on board, fuel tank: 20 gal.

WOT 4600rmp, speed 55 mph (gps)
