Best saltwater boat

Hello.
We are looking to replace our Pathfinder with a pontoon.
We live in Englewood, FL on a creek to Lemon Bay and then to the intercoastal.
I am female, have some back issues.
Id like to be able to take the boat out on my own at times.
What specs do I look at for the smoothest, and most easy to navigate?
