Just finished rebuilding a 7.5 HP (1957) and just wondering what is the best TCW3 oil for these older engines.

Planning to go 24:1 mixture on it.

Thanks

You will open a big can of worms with a "whats the best oil" thread.
Any TCW-3 is good for me. Just use the correct quantity.

Any TCW-3 if good for me too. However, I use Penzoil 100% synthetic TCW-3 because it smokes less and the sheen on the water disappears faster. And they claim it is bio-degradeable. I get it at Wal-Mart in gallon jug.

Penzoil 100% synthetic TCW-3 is what I use as well. I also use Carbon Guard or Ring Free in all of my fuel.

Any 2 cycle oil is fine for that motor. It was designed to run on straight SAE 30 non-detergent motor oil. The correct answer is "any 2 cycle oil you have laying around"

The correct answer is any TC-W3 oil you have, unless you don't care about the motor.
