Best time to add seafoam?

I had water in the gas tank and drained it out but would like to add seafoam treatment to pickup any left over water that may be in the gas/tank.
When is the best time to add seafoam to the tank? Will it mix with the gas ok just by pouring it in the tank or should I have the engine running so the gas is circulating? Or adding it to the tank and trailering it to the lake and take it for a spin to mix it good? Or does it really matter when?

Thanks

Just dump it in the tank.

Use it whenever you want. Some people put in a bottle with every tank. Others do it before winterizing. Some a couple of times a season.

Personally, I think a couple of times a season, and once at winterization should do the trick.
