Best way to decarb a '99 200 Ficht?

What is the best way to decarb a 200 Ficht '99? And how often should i do it? Also what is indexing plugs and how is it done?

Go here: http://www.boatsetup.com/Decarb_FICHT.html - I read this a while back and personally I feel the amount of Engine Tuner is a little over-kill, but if decarbonizing has never been done, the authors' way WILL clean it out. If you spend a lot of time idling around/trolling, decarb every 50 hours/twice per season, otherwise every 100 hours/once per season.
