BIA mounting holes

Well, I want to know whether my 1985 60hp came with the BIA mounting holes. Can someone explain this? is there a HP to these holes or will the holes that this 60hp be the same as a 200hp V6? when did they start? etc. is there only a range to the standard mounting and then they increase in size or decrease while corresponding to HP range?

Search google and I know I had put the PDF here on iboats too. I am not sure when they started but yes a 60 can have the same holes as a 200.
