'Big' question...

First timer here...fixing to start ripping out deck, stringers and transom...I'm pushin 300 lb's... will the hull{fiberglass - feels solid} handle me crawling all over it?

Properly supported the boat should have no problem handling you crawling around.:D

Yeah I dont think that should cause a problem...I never tried it as I dont weigh 300 but I think it should handle you. ;)

Bitterboater....uh...do I detect a bad attitude or whats with the name?? :confused::)

Thanks guy's, I should of mentioned it is sitting on the trailer, bunks and rollers...make any difference ya think?

I would think if it made any dif, it would be better on the trailer. Wud be more support on it than if you just had it cradled or something.

Well I'm a BOB (big 'ol boy) myself at 265 lbs., so I advise to go cautiously. Clean it out first before you put your weight on the inside of the hull, if it looks iffy lay some planking inside that you can walk/stand/crouch on instead of putting your weight on the hull itself. Glass boats are deceptive...they can look solid as a rock but why take a chance going though the hull? Recently recovered from "finding" a weak 2X6 in a friend's backyard deck...not fun, my right knee is still a bit sore and it's been at least a month. So check it out before you jump in there.
