Bilge Area Ground wires??? Need help.

Can these wires be rerouted to another ground? Trying to diagnosis engine noise and these grounds are corroded bad, looks like they route up to my -battery terminal.

those aren't grounds, they are bonding wires and are there to prevent the items they are attached to from corroding under the boat
