OK, Bilge pump has the two wires (brown)&(black), The brown goes to the switch and the black goes to a connector along with the brown, which one is the hot, I test both and no power to either, I am ASSUMING the "brown" should be the hot wire? I am out there right now trying to trace it with no luck, 15' of a bunch(about 12 wires) the whole length wrapped in electrical tape and up in the side panels making it very difficult to be able to trace, If I could trace where the hot wire began then that would be my starting point, I have wiring schematics for all the wires to the engine, just not the bilge pump?? any ideas??

Re: Bilge pump schematics

Tashasdaddy I am bending over so just go ahead and kick me right now!! I figured it out, The fuse is missing!! I crawled up under the dash again and also pulled off the control panel so I can test with the wire tester as I am tracking the wires and guess what, NO FUSE to the brown wire??!! I couldn't see it the last time I spent 1 1/2 tracing wires because the sun was straight up and in my eyes looking into a dark area, I must have pulled the fuse 2yrs ago and told myself not to forget to replace the fuse when I bought some, well guess what, I must have forgotten I pulled the fuse, So go ahead and just kick me now, I put a fuse in and it works perfectly!! Thanks anyway!!

You must have had a senior moment. We all do that kind of thing as we get older. I had to go back to the shop last night to get my coffee cup that I had set down by the door/light switch so I would not forget it @@@@@
