I mistakenly left my bimini top up when I last used my pontoon. When I returned to my boat a week or so later I noticed the bimini top was damaged from a stong storm we had. The top itself is fine, but the threads were all ripped from the frame. My question is what type thread can I use to sew the top back onto the frames? And where to get it? Thanks for the help!!!

I suggest taking it to a canvas shop and letting them repair it.

You can buy the thread at Rochford Supply.

I agree with Bruce unless you have a very heavy duty commercial sewing machine and the know how. I have had my top resewn several times. It is 12 years old.
