Bimini replacement top; can't find same size as current one.

I'm looking for a replacement bimini top for my '08 cypress cay, cabana 22' pontoon.
I measured the top while the bimini is up and it is 11' long by 8.5' wide. The tubing is 1.25" square and is not adjustable at all. The front and rear supports mechanically click into place on the rails.
Cannot find anyone who makes an 11' long replacement top. Is it possible that it was originally 10' and has stretched to 11' long now?
I fear if I buy a 10' replacement then the front or rear supports would not click into place at the current locations on the rails.
Maybe I'm missing something? I've found nobody that makes an 11' bimini, only 10'.

Might have been custom canvas, or OEM only. Doubt the 2nd, probably the 1st: custom

I am planning to contact a couple local boat canvas shops.
Can't understand why the manufacturer would use an odd size if it was OEM.
The frame is high quality and a great design so I want to stick with it.

Custom canvas shops are very expensive for the bimini top replacement.

When comparing prices, custom vs. discount, you need to make sure you are comparing fabric quality. Custom is always going to be some of the best available.

I doubt seriously your 11' canvas is a stretched 10'.

Your existing frame (which does sound nice, I would re-use it as well) could likely be reset to fit a 10' canvas pretty easily with a little imagination....

A few pictures of the frame in the erected position might draw some suggestions on how that might be done....
