bimini top hardware

hi boaters- i have a nissan 1690 BR with a bimini top made by the Campbell Boat Co. out of i think Galveston Texas i need jaw slides and INTERNAL eye ends for this top. I am sure that my tubes are probably half inch or maybe five eights inch at the most. I am only able to find 3/4 and 7/8 inch anywhere. Can anybody help?

Double check your tube measurements. The size is based on the outside diameter of the tube, even if the piece (like end piece) fits inside.

If you really do need parts in the smaller size, and cannot find them, I suggest getting the jaw slides in the 3/4" size and make up the difference in diameter by wrapping the tube with something like rubber cut from an old bicycle inner tube. For the end pieces, you can try using an external mounting end piece and make up the difference in thickness with epoxy.
