Bitten by the "resto" bug

Just finished my first resto (http://forums.iboats.com/boat-resto...repair/93-monark-pro-1900-rebuild-588721.html) and only used the boat once and already trying to figure out how to manage the next. Currently Im trying to talk a buddy into either letting me use his back yard, essentailly a field, or him buying it and me "helping" the build. Here is the one I'd like to get my hands on 1971 Starcraft aluminum boat. Now if I could only convince the admiral.

Boat restoration is very satisfying and fullfilling isn't it?

It's the reason I hang out here so much, if I can't do one myself... I at least wanna watch someone else do one and maybe offer a little help through advice.

The time's a comin' though, I will have another boat to restore as soon as I can find one I want and can afford.

BTW,your boat turned out super sweet and thanks for posting your progress and updates for me to watch.

I think that restoration can be an addiction. I just finished one and I'm already looking for the next project. Bigger and better for sure.

Thanks for that generous offer mwe, and if I lived a lot closer and had an extra trailer around the yard I'd take you up on that offer.

... but I think we're going to see another mwe resto in the future with that first Dixie.
