Black Max XR2 Carb Question

Had this happen several times last year.....the needle keeps blowing out of the seat on my carb(s).

Not sure if I am missing some parts, or not adjusting them properly. Any ideas as to why they keep blowing out?

Strange. Is it tha same one every time or is it random? Only things I can think of that would only effect one float would be needle, seat, float or float adjustment on that particular part of a carb. Have you replaced any of these parts? Is tha "tab" good and tight where it attaches to tha float. Pressure will cause it but wouldn't be just one float. Next time it happens you might swap all three of those parts to a tha other side, if its tha same one every time, and see what happens........
