All that money spent on an investigation, trial etc. and all they could convict him of is lying to a cop. The same thing that they got Martha Stewart for. Un real. I think they tried to pile it on. They should have kept it simple and filed a couple of charges, not the whole enchelada. Only in IL. :rolleyes:
