blinking oil light indicator

i have a df 115 suzuki, the oil light is blinking constantly when running,the oil level is normal and when turn on the ignition it lights up as normal and shuts down,after 10 sec it starts blinking.<br />Anybody know about the problem?<br />the engine is new

Check your Owner's Manual for decoding the trouble light signal, nuwatmat.<br /><br />Your ECM is trying to tell you something very specific.<br /><br />Good luck, and welcome to iboats.

The problem is that i have lost the manual,anyone with a manual?

Oil change reminder ... remove shutoff clip, turn on key, pull out and release shutoff knob 3 times within about 5 seconds or so (you'll hear a beep if the procedure is successful), replace clip, happy boating until it activates at the next hourly change point.
