Blisters on waterline

Just bought a 1988 Campion and I have noted some blisters along the waterline at the back of the boat. They are 1/2inch diameter and the same on both sides of the boat. Maybe 6 blisters on both sides. Should I get it fixed or leave them alone. I live in Canada and the boat is rarely in the water. What should I do?
Thank you.

Fix 'em . . . does not sound too bad.

Yes- fix them. Water has got in under the gelcoat. If you ignore them the water can get into the fibreglass and cause it to delaminate:eek:

Are you sure they are blisters? If they are on both sides of the boat (and at the same position) along the waterline, they could be pressure points from some internal structural element(s). Osmotic blisters are usually random throughout the hull and under the waterline.
