Isn't adding anti-freeze as much (or more) for corrosion protection than it is for mixing with any water missed in low spots? I guess the question is how much corrosion will result from the O2 in the still air sitting in the block/manifolds? I found that my block drains emptied pretty much all the water from the block as long as it's level but to fully drain the manifolds I had to remove the lower hoses as they were lower than the drain plugs. Also the big hose feeding the engine water pump had to be removed and drained. My PS fluid cooler doesn't have a drain so you have to disconnect the hose at the intake end and drain it. Just remember to get all hoses properly seated and clamps good and tight, especially the PS coolant hose since that's your raw water intake that sits below the water line and a loose hose clamp there can sink your boat if a siphon starts.
