It looks like you posted this twice?<br />The float needle is sticking open in the leaking carb, or it's float has sunk,or has become wedged, so it's not pushing the needle up to cut off the incomming fuel.<br />Take a small screwdriver handle, and gently thimp the bowl,while someone else sqeezes the primer bulb. If it quits, you should be ok, just keep an eye on it, that it does not re-occur.<br />If you cannot get it to stop by cheating in this manor, there is no other alternative but to clean/rebuild the carb.
