I was going to say you could run a single ground with everything tagged to it so long as it was sized for total current but after some reading (one example) it looks as though best practice is to stick with a home run from your control panel. The only exception I saw was lights that were on the same circuit.

Ok guys.. belated update...any guys looking to completely restore a boat, think double the time and money that you expect!!:)
For the last 3 month's I have come home from work at 3, then about 4:00 I start working on the boat till around 9 pretty much every night!! But the fruits of my labor are now within reach, so within the next few days I will post pics of my completion...minus all the small add-ons.
So bear with me...
