I'm finally getting around to installing my Blue Seas add a battery kit with ACR. Model 7650.

Been looking at various diagrams and cant figure out how to adapt it to my setup.

5.7 Mercruiser I/O
9.9 Yamaha Kicker with alternator
2 Cabela's Advanced Anglers AGM Battery – Size 30
Dual battery charger. Wires running to each battery.
2 Fuse panels running various electronics

Thank you in advance for the assistance.

Assuming on battery switch. The kicker will not put enough power to charge all bats, so I would use this configuration. This uses the same bat to start both motors, and the house bat for all electronics

Cancel that I'll be back with another design

This should work
It can be done with 3 bat switches but 2 will work. The House bat switch should only be used to combine bats if start bat is to low to start main motor

Unless the 9.9 is producing 10 amps or more, I would bother with it. It overly complicates things with minimal return.

On mine, the motor, primary gps and VHF radio are the only things connected to the starting battery. Everything else, sonar, radar and house loads are all connected to house battery.

The battery charger is connected to starting battery. When start battery is fully charged, the charge relay dumps the charger to the house battery.

Th only battery management required is to turn the switch on when I get to the boat and off when I leave.
