hi can any tell wot the BMW 3.0L 190HP inboard is like as i am thinking of buying a boat as i have give omc a miss

Is this the boat you are looking at? Click Here to see If so, I think there might be a lot of errors in their test.
Can't imagine there only being a 10 gallon gas tank in a boat like that, and I really never heard of a 3.0L marine gas engine being 190HP.
Somehow I bet it's supposed to be the B130 engine and drive setup. Looks a little like it if you go to this site. http://www.bmwmarine.net/b130.htm

I have no idea. My brother worked at a dealership that sold BMW powered boats back in the early 80's. They went out of buisness in 83 I think, and that was the last time I ever heard of or seen a BMW powered boat in the US.
