I have a byliner 195 Capri with a 4.3L in it. I rebuilt the card, adjusted the floats per the book and have a automatic choke. The first time I went to start it I pumps it three times and it struggled. After cranking several times it started. A few days later and after talking to a friend I didn't pump it I just barely engaged the throttle and lone behold it fired up first try. So now its time for the water, I drop in at the, barely engage the throttle. It tries but struggles, so I pump it 3I times. It tries and finally starts. Here is the kicker, oncethe boat is warm it fires right up. Any thoughts anyone? This has been going on for 2the years and am getting frustrated!
