What kind of covers does everyone buy for there boats? Our boat will be stored on the trailer most of the time and will not be towed more than a mile at most to get to the lake, so a trailerable cover really isnt needed. Most of the time I think we will put the boat cover on it then wrap the entire boat/trailer in a large tarp. So far the only affordable cover Ive been able to find is on overtons.

This says its for a 2007 but it doesnt give any description about what type of cover it is or anything.

Some other things, the boat didnt come with a bimini so whats a good brand for those?

Should the boat have snap downs for canvas if it didnt come with the canvas covers for the bow and such? Ive not seen the boat in person yet..

Gotta say....the cheapo $50 covers from Wal-Mart do keep the rain out! I had one for 3-4 seasons before I replaced it with a "nicer" one that I hate to admit doesn't keep the water out as well.

I will give that a times 2, That is what i did for my 22 foot boat, It turns out to be right around a dollar a foot there, And it covers the hole boat for under $35.00 and that's getting bungee cords to.:)

Thanks guys, guess its good to know those work. Weve got one of walmarts covers for a smaller bass boat and it will leak pretty bad if any water puddles up on it.

Anyone know where one can get mooring covers or a bimini? Four Winns lists them on their website but they just want you to find a dealer to buy them. Im just wanting to check out prices and stuff. Cant seem to find much online for these boats.

Biminis are ordered by size and number of bows. So boat type is unimportant. I believe iboats has a good selected. I THINK mooring covers, if not available from FW are a custom job.

Thanks ezmobee. I found a four winns forum that has a bunch of good info on it(found a link here on iboats). Seems the mooring cover from four winns doesnt cover the entire boat like I was hoping. Wanted something that would cover the sides and everything to keep the sun off of it. Ohh well, Ill keep shopping I guess.

And I found the biminis here on iboats. Probably go with one of those if we ever get one.
