The reason it dimpled is because of the french seam (not the green welted area). The material doesn't have any room to compress and make the curve. The best seam there would have been a true single top stitch, not a double top stitch (french seam). See below:

As far as the welted are, even though you have it circled, I can't see the dimpling in the pic. If it's minor, you can try heating it up with a heat gun (be careful! You can burn the vinyl) or a hair dryer. That will soften the vinyl and when it cools, it shrinks up a tiny bit.

Thanks for your reply, I now sewed it with a single top stitch, same problem. Here is a pic with front and back.

Fold the material to the opposite direction. When you have if folded the way you currently do, you're still jamming the salvage edge into the curve. It's trying to compress it in the curve. Take a look at the first picture (with the material on the machine). That completed top stitch peeking out from under the fabric should be folded the other way. The only other option is to trim closer to the seam.

Also, make sure the vinyl is warm and stretched whit goes onto the cushion. That will help with minor wrinkles.
