Boat Deck Storage Ideas

Hello...

I am looking to create a deck on my deep V Lowe boat... and I was wondering how can I create two lids for storage? Can that be purchased anywhere? Do you guys have any ideas or suggestions?

make some cut outs in the floor build the storage areas and use the cutout with some aluminum trim around the top edge of the cutout and some wood supports around the bottom edge of the floor for support and sealing and your good to go cover with vinyl or carpet to match. Oh and install some type of recessed pull to lift it up. Or you can add a hinge to it if you want. Just make sure to see up the edges.
