Boat extremely difficult to load or unload

Take your boat and trailer to a scale and weigh it. I'm thinking the floatation may may be saturated with water which may add hundreds or even a thousand or more pounds to the boat. Thus making it heavy and difficult to load on the trailer.

Lets hope not. But a real possibility.

I don't think you have enough rollers - or not distributed correctly. I have a 21 foot Searay Sundeck and my trailer has 48 wobble rollers and 2 keel rollers. I have an automatic loading and retrieval system and the boat drives up and locks with ease. To release I drive forward, the hook disengages, shift into neutral and she just rolls off.
