Even in the level pic it looks like you swim platform is under water. It shouldn't be. In the side pic you don't look level either.

Do you have a compartment on your swim deck? One with a drain? I can't tell from the pictures.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here. Put the boat on the trailer as suggested.
But, I am going to suggest that you remove the boarding ladder and raise the trailer tongue as high as you can. Place some cardboard unedr the boat and see what comes out of the holes.

I suspect that water is in that side and got in through unsealed screw holes.

Agreed. I would do three things here, that are cheap and easy to do:

1) Run that boat out of gas....literally dry.

2) Put it on the trailer and go find a nice steep hill. Put your vehicle in park (AND USE THE PARKING BRAKE!!) and get as much water to drain as you can.

3) Shake the boat as hard as you can and listen for water sloshing. With the gas tank empty it should be silent. If you hear water sloshing around then you know that there is a liquid trapped somewhere in the boat and it isn't draining out. Use a couple of friends to help you shake the boat and pinpoint the general location of the water.

Wow that first pic looks like it list more than two inches! That would bother me also.

After reading this thread and keeping up with the updates, I was on the lake this weekend and measured mine. Its sits perfectly level, but when you take off it leans to port probably more than two inches and this kind of bugs me.

Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but I think what you are dealing with is prop torque. It's caused by Newtons Law. Geez look at me I'm the one that is always sayin boating ain't rocket science and I am talking about Newtons Law.
