it sounds like a fine name to me. My roomates baja is named WET DREAM so that wont be too bad at all. Name it whatever you feel like.

Blow me! great one!!! I never think of great boat names! I thought of Sal Manilla , but it has absolutely nothing to do with boating, and my name isn't Sal! I did have a friend who's license plate was NAZAZA, I believe it was greek for sex. I could be wrong though!

I was gonna name mine "work", so if someone is looking for me, or asks me where I'm going I can say to Work

My son wanted to name our boat "Frig-It". Too much for me. Still don't have a name yet.

Re: Boat name: too much?

My last boat was named "Rage". After blowing up my 3rd motor of the summer (extreme hot rodding them) and in a fit I ripped off the "e". Now I had "Rag". It stuck with the boat because the wife made the comment that every time I came home with the boat that summer it was like I was on ....Well I will let you fill in the blank. Late that summer when I hit a submerged object doing 40mph in 30 feet of water, don't ask me what it was I still don't know and I have been there many times. The boat was toast. I moved on to the one next to it (a total rebuild). With the nightmare of getting that one done and the many test drives that were complete failures I was going to name it the "Rag" also but my buddy told me he wasn't going out on a boat where he would be on the "Rag II".<br />True story. Here is the only picture I have of the two of them. Notice the name. I ended up naming the other boat "Time Warp". I thought it was time for a change. <br />

My Dad's boat was named "Sin or Swim" when he bought it. I thought it was a good name but he hated it and had it changed.

With all the work I've done on mine I'm thinking "Sweat Equity"...With the humidity up here this summer while installing new stringers and floor its earned the name.

Re: Boat name: too much?

I just purchased a boat with the name "Haulin Bass" on it. I believe I have seen that name at a few lakes, so not very original. But until I come up with one i'll just leave it as is, which could be a while. :(

I saw a boat with the following name at the lake last week. The six girls in the boat with the guy must have thought it was funny.<br />"MY DIXIE WRECKED"

Re: Boat name: too much?

If I ever get a baja, fountain, or scarab boat (which I probably never will) I have the perfect name for it...<br /><br />The great part about it is, it is basically my first and last name with a few of the letters switched from one to the other...<br /><br />"Strayton Long"<br /><br />May offend some!!!!
