Yes you can add a wakeboard tower to any bowrider. The cost will depend on the tower you choose. Much like anything else, they do have different levels of quality and materials which affects the price. Call around your local boat dealerships and see what they charge.

It's not extremely difficult. Careful measuring, a little bit of drilling, and 16 bolts. You can check out a few videos on youtube.
