I had that problem, but I would trim it up and fuel would poor out all of them. If you can get it to run steady on the muffs, let it run and burn out some fuel. Make sure all your leads are connected right. That was my biggest problem. I had the leads crossed and it just would not run. Realized I was stupid, and connected them right. Works pretty good. A carb rebuild kit is most likely needed now that you took the carbs apart. Also see if you can swap them around. If the problem moves, its a carb. If not, troubleshoot further with the fuel lines.
